Raspberry Island Light Station, Keeper’s Diary, August 24, 1888

Stiff neck since day before yesterday; can hardly turn my head. Have of late turned my attention to the stars studying the positions of the various constellations – extending my observations often through the whole of the night. Trouble with my neck must have resulted.
